Sterile Jar - 70ml

These sterile jars are ideal for keeping cultures in the freezer.

When you open a sachet to take out a small amount for your cheesemaking or yoghurt making, it is easier to see just how much you are using when you use a clear jar. Of course, jars seal far better than sachets.

Always allow jars of culture to come to room temperature before opening, and keep them closed as much as possible. Cultures and moulds readily absorb moisture from the air, which we try to reduce as much as possible.
