• Reusable "Loose Weave" Cheese Cloth
• 200 mm Dairy Thermometer 
• Rennet (Suitable for Vegetarians) (Up to 40 batches) 
• 250 grams Cheese Salt
• 250 grams of Citric Acid 
• 50 ml Calcium chloride
