This hands-on workshop covers the basics of cheese-making, techniques, history, types, and more. You get to make the cheese yourself, and at the end, you'll walk away with some Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Feta—all made by you!

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when purchasing a ticket.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of tickets and attendance at events. They apply to the original purchaser and any subsequent ticketholders ("you").
1. Valerie Pearson will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event) or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time.
2. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Valerie Pearson will not be liable for any other losses you incur due to the cancellation, rescheduling, or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses. Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange.
3. You may not use cameras or other photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones). Other participants' wishes not to be photographed must be respected.
